DriveSet AI provides AI-powered voice agent services to automotive dealerships across the United States. Our platform answers inbound service calls, books appointments, and captures lead information on behalf of our dealership clients ("Clients").

This policy applies to: (a) visitors to our website at drivesetai.com; (b) dealership staff and administrators who use our platform; and (c) end customers whose calls are handled by our AI voice agent on behalf of our Clients.

From Website Visitors & Demo Requests

  • Full name, work email address, and dealership name submitted via our contact or demo booking forms
  • Browser type, IP address, and usage data collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools
  • Communications you send us via email or contact forms

From Dealership Clients (Platform Users)

  • Account credentials and administrator contact information
  • Dealership business information (name, address, hours of operation)
  • Service scheduling configuration and preferences
  • Usage logs and platform activity data

From End Customers (Callers)

  • Name and phone number provided during a call
  • Service appointment details (vehicle type, requested service, preferred time)
  • Voice recordings of calls handled by the AI agent, subject to applicable law and caller consent

  • Operate and deliver the DriveSet AI voice scheduling service
  • Book and confirm service appointments on behalf of Clients
  • Improve the accuracy and naturalness of our AI voice models
  • Send transactional communications (appointment confirmations, alerts)
  • Respond to demo requests and sales inquiries
  • Monitor platform performance, security, and reliability
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use caller information for advertising purposes.

4Sharing Information

With Dealership Clients

Caller information and appointment data is shared with the dealership Client whose number was called — this is the core function of our service.

With Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors (cloud hosting, telephony infrastructure, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DriveSet AI, our Clients, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred. We will notify affected parties as required by law.

05–06 Voice Data & Data Retention

5Voice Data & Call Recordings

Our AI voice agent may record calls for quality assurance, service improvement, and AI training purposes. Where required by law, callers are notified at the start of a call that it may be recorded.

Dealership Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our platform complies with applicable state wiretapping and call recording laws (including two-party consent states).

Voice recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as described in Section 4. Clients may request deletion of call recordings associated with their account.

6Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • Appointment and caller data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, or until Client account termination
  • Call recordings: Retained for up to 12 months unless a Client requests earlier deletion
  • Account data: Retained for the duration of the Client relationship plus 3 years
  • Website analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; individual identifiers purged within 14 months

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations
  • Opt-out: Opt out of certain data processing activities, including AI model training
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
